Missing/Strange List of Schools in Event Finder

Description
Please see attached (20052 is GWU's zipcode).
In the past I would see MIT.
Now, I don't see CUA but I do see many schools that I believe compete entirely in D I.

The D1s are normal - we track _ all _ NCAA member schools regardless of level because some schools we cover play D1 in some sports -- its just easier that way.
As for Catholic... it looks like the latest NCAA batch update butchered the school address/city/state/zip record. I've fixed that so they should appear now.
