Internal Side of Event Photo Management

When an image is ingested and resized a copy should be pushed to Photo Shelter with the image's serial number associated with it. That image ID should be recorded and saved.

This will allow for the image file to be copied to the appropriate gallery and/or removed or replaced when necessary.
